after the day of the stall we counted our money and it turns out that we had made a slight profit which was a good thing to see and hear. After getting together with the rest of the group we could see how unorganized we had been. At first i thought that the stall was going to be a success as i thought that we had all organised it well, with each of us knowing what we had to do, whether it be sorting out the venue, making the cakes sorting out the advertisments. However i thought this had been sorted but due to miscomunication it did not go as any of us had hoped. There are alot of things that could have been done differently, especially if we were to do it again. Date and time, would be discussed more in-depth and everyone made aware of the dates times and places. We could and would make sure that everyone be aware of when to have the cakes/buns made by so that there would be no confusion.....
Advertisement for the stall could have gone alot better also, a facebook page was made making people aware of the stall which was good but i think more could have been done, such as making poster and then putting them around university and campus.
The way that the table and cakes were set up could have been alot more considered and made to look more inviting to potential customers.

Business Elective- Sweet Tooth
Tuesday 16th March : Today was supposed to be the day of our cake sale, Sweet Tooth.
However due to miss communication the stall was not a great success. I was lead to believe that the stall would happen at 10 but this did not happen. Me and George finally set up the stall at eleven after getting in contact.
George sold his cakes in the student union while i went around campus and asked people. Although the day was extremely unorganised, with people constantly changing the time and not letting people know of changes i was successful in selling all of my cakes.
